PicMonkey 1.5

PicMonkey is a photo editing tool. It lets you touch up images with all effects you would expect from an actual computer program, but from a window in your average web browser. Using PicMonkey is as easy as having a tab open with the photo you want to edit. Click on the icon located to the right of the address bar and apply any of many effects you want including cropping, resizing and rotating.
